A few years ago, we were tasked to find cast stands for a hospital’s busy Orthopaedic clinic. After searching far and wide, we just couldn’t find a stand that was fully adjustable or even stable enough to adequately support the foot.

We gathered constructive input from several busy hospitals and clinics, met with engineers, and crafted a cast stand that would safely support the foot for most demanding casting applications including large feet, small feet, diabetic feet and even non-ambulatory patients.

After a few prototypes and enhancements, we took our stands to hospitals and clinics for a test drive, and they loved them!
